Morning Check In: still feeling crummy! But yesterday I managed to go for a 1.5 mile walk (a rather slow walk!) in the sunshine, and I’ll do the same today. I was going to do yardwork yesterday, but it felt too daunting. The walk sounded better! Two meals today. Protein for lunch. No sugar and no starch today - going to keep total carbs below 30. Drink more water!
