Let’s talk goal setting. I tend to get big ideas & lose traction when my goals are not realistic. I am a great planner, but I put myself aside if something comes up. I need positive reinforcement. I need small goals I can build upon. I need community support. Tell me all the things! What works, & what apps you love. I need something that I stick to that isn’t about checking off a list….its about actual habits that stick.
