NSV Tuesday! I went in for a blood draw this morning. Because I'm down over 90lbs now and nicely hydrated, the vein popped right up and it was the easiest, most comfortable blood draw I can remember in some time! I'll add a couple of more while I'm at it LOL I used to have a sebaceous cyst on the right front middle part of my stomach. It was hard enough to feel and see visually. I used to have a morning routine where I would squeeze the cyst to relieve the oily sebum fluid that built up in it. It's now gone! I can comfortably take care of doing my business now which includes wiping. I'm also capable of bending over while standing with my legs straight and touching the floor with my hands! I don't have to contort my body to get my socks on and tie my shoes anymore either. These may seem like small victories to some, but for someone like me they're like milestones and a sign that I'm recapturing and improving my health!
