Preparing for after the holidays is just as important as preparing for the holidays themselves. It’s often overlooked because we’re so focused on getting through the celebrations that we don’t look ahead to the time when we’re actually most vulnerable. When the holiday stress is over, we tend to relax and let our guard down, and that’s when appetite and cravings can catch us off guard. Without a plan or options in place, it’s easy to find yourself surrounded by leftover trigger foods with willpower running low. Don’t get caught in a situation where you have no plan and no options at the exact moment you need them most.
