Morning Check In: yesterday went “pretty well,” although I overate. I overate on metabolically friendly food, which is great, but too much food just the same. I rationalized it by thinking “it’s the holidays, I’m not eating cr*p, this is better.” While that’s true, I also recognized it’s my primitive brain playing games! Today I’m eating two meals. No snacking in between those two meals. No sugar/no starch. Going to the gym! I’m going to be posting my blood sugar from the prior day every day until January 1 as an accountability tool. Here’s yesterday:
