Great victory today 4 years ago I had a stroke I was 238 down from 315 doing keto After the stroke I got started on way too many meds and within a short time I went up to 275 No matter how good I was I couldn’t get below 260 something I had about given up thinking the meds were the culprit Today I hit 237 from 266 In watching the podcasts I came across gut biome and I tried making the L reuteri yogurt from episode 217 and iodine tablets and Tro put me on a certain brand of magnesium citrate and I started losing weight It turns out the gut biome may have been messed up by multiple doses of antibiotics because of recurring infections I was having Now I found Biotiquest has a new probiotic called antibiotic antidote which I made yogurt out of it and it is drastically helping me with some prostate issues I have also been dealing with Hoping to go all the way down to 190-210 which is my called for weight So happy I found Dr Tro and the team
