I am struggling and could use some thoughtful.Advice, I have a really strong snacking habit.And it's rearing its head again and I would love to hear how other people have conquered that.And part of it is I can be snacking so i'm not really hungry at mealtime, so dont eat a meal but am still kind of hungry so I just kind of snack, but then I keep snacking, and i'm wondering if I should just have a regular full meal to put an end to it, or what have other people done. Thanks.
