Yesterday I was craving some good old fried rice, but after the meeting instead of heading to the Chinese buffet that is a couple of blocks away from my house I decided that I was going to do a more low carb friendly version of fried rice and cooked cauliflower fried rice. It taste just as good and now instead of feeling guilty for eating something I shouldn’t, I feel proud that I cooked a really delicious and healthy meal.
