Morning Check In: yesterday went well, although not strictly according to plan, and that’s ok! I have ditched rigidity. When the day serves up a change of plan, I will change that plan! I had planned a really long fast yesterday, and instead had lunch plus dinner and a shorter fast (which was still 18 hours). All food was metabolically friendly food! Today will be an 18 hour fast. Two meals. No sugar/no starch. Going to the gym this morning! Blood sugar is just about back to normal after the sugar experience two days ago. From experience I know that it takes about 3 days for blood sugar to be COMPLETELY back to normal, although it is vastly improved already.
