Can anyone tell me more about foods that don’t create an insulin spike? Example: Heavy whipping cream is better than milk. Almond flour is better than traditional flour. Are these principles used throughout the recipes for a low carb lifestyle? Goal: Cure insulin resistance! I’m trying to find a way to get some progress. I’m looking for connection in a plan that I can sustain long term.
