Morning Check In: yesterday went well! Today will go well too. Momentum! I’m going for another 20 hour fast today. 1.5 meals. Protein for late lunch after letting my body “dine in” on body fat for a while before that. No sugar/no starch today! Will go for a walk today on the treadmill at the gym. It’s too darned cold to be outside!
