Visited a gentleman in the Hospital myself & several others helped save just 4 days ago with CPR and an AED. The doctors said he shouldn’t be here - yet he is. ❤️ Moments like this remind our metabolic health community why we fight for stronger hearts, stronger lives, and second chances. Grateful to share time with him, talking life, purpose, and the power of taking our health into our own hands.
