Morning Check In: Heading home today! Loooooong drive. My “go-to” for staying alert while driving is chewing gum. Although it is “sugarless,” even sugarless gum has carbs! 2 of them per stick. I’ll be getting a lot of carbs from that today and I’m ok with that. It’s better than snacking on crap to stay awake! I’ll also be getting coffee with heavy cream in it several times today, and the fat in the cream will be “lunch.” Not sure about dinner, but I’ll do my best to avoid sugar and starch.
