Tonight’s dinner experiment: tuna bread! My very first attempt! Shoutout to @JanineHerman for planting the idea. I went rogue with the recipe, but I think I’ll need to borrow your version next time! A little extra baking powder or fluffier eggs might help with the rise, it came out a bit flat. Any other suggestions anyone? That said, the flavor is spot on (as long as you’re a tuna fan 😅). Currently pairing it with some black olive paste, but this will for sure also taste great with some cream cheese or butter. 🥰
