Morning Check In: While it’s a bit challenging to be away from home, I have to say I am LOVING the weather in San Diego! T-shirts in December! What a concept. Yesterday food went well! I made a keto chili and salad for dinner, and had eggs for lunch. today I plan much the same - maybe even exactly the same! I have successfully stayed away from the ice cream in the freezer after taking a picture of how many of them were left and committing to keeping it that way. I’ll go on at least one dog walk today. I smashed a toe last night in the dark…so It might be a walk with a slight limp.
