I have to say that being in the program is helping me to not eat the free hotel breakfast ("eggs"?, sausage?) I have always wanted to be sure to eat something because it was "free". Today, because of this group I was able to go, ugh, not today. Picture on the right is my breakfast, and on the left is hubs breakfast.
