Morning Check In: another healthy day in the books, even on the road. I feel really good about that, as eating on the road can be problematic for me. Yesterday visited friends who made us a late breakfast. All I ate were the eggs and some walnuts - skipped all the high carb stuff. We ate blue cheese and seed crackers (home made) for dinner, plus a “keto” blueberry muffin for dessert. No rise at all from any of the food on CGM! yay! Today is our last travel day. I’m cooking dinner tonight at my niece’s house - will be making beef strogonoff. I’ll skip the noodles. One meal on the road - probably cheese and crackers again!
