Keep insulin low and the set point keeps sliding downward. This is why I fully embrace the TCR process now. I'm watching it work in real time in my own body. Without being hungry all the time like I used to be. Not using willpower that always loses out to basic physiology. Not even a heavy duty exercise regimen. Just lowering insulin by eating the foods full of protein and fat and letting ketones replace glucose as the clean source of fuel. It ain't voodoo science 😉
