Morning Check In: I ate LOTS of food yesterday, but 100% of it was metabolically friendly. Pork loin with mushroom cream sauce, green beans, roasted brussel sprouts, “keto” sweet potato casserole, mashed cauliflower, and crustless pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream. Pie made with allulose! We ate like kings and you can’t even see the meal on the monitor! I was really full going to bed, but I slept well, and no food hangover this morning. Best. Thanksgiving. Meal. Ever!!!! Today we head out to do a little camping for a couple of days, ending in San Diego on Sunday to be with our son (age 31) who is getting a hip replacement on Monday. Likely two meals today. Will continue to avoid sugars and starches!
