So thanks to "toward health" and other doctors I including dr mark dr andy and others my courage toward health inspired my me to ask my daughter to run her first race. We trained for three weeks. And completed the 5 k in 32.09 in a filed of 3192 people. Carlisle turkey trot 11.27.2025. Enjoy you health its the best life we can have! May God bless your journey🙂
