A few thoughts for Saturday... Just finished the Diet Doctor podcast on the LMHR paper. I thought Dr Scher did a wonderful job of interviewing everyone and of hi-lighting the various efforts and contributions. Worth a listen. One of my struggles is meal prep. I do not enjoy cooking, but I know I do better when food is readily available most of the time. So today, 5-5-5 eggs in the instant pot, then frozen chicken breasts in the instant pot to give me a headstart for the week. And I'm going try thawing frozen soup in the instant pot. The instant pot is going to get a workout.
