Morning Check In: It’s Monday! A great day to REALLY pay attention to best health! I know, every day is…but somehow Mondays seem to fit so well with self improvement goals. I need to lose some weight. That will mean paying better attention to food quantity. I am adhering to a low starch/no sugar plan, but when I eat too much food, even great low starch food, I will lose no weight. Two meals today. Protein for lunch. Chicken thighs and salad for dinner. No sugar/no starch! Going for a bike ride today for exercise.
