It was a great weekend surrounded by friends and family. I ate more than I should have but I stayed on plan even though there were plenty of junk options to choose from. I wasn’t even tempted! My stuffed sweet peppers with cream cheese and Rosette’s Chocolate Chip Cookies were a crowd favorite! We threw burgers, sausage, and chicken on the grill. Yesterday we had a boat parade and fireworks on the lake. A great time was had by all. Hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th. 🇺🇸
