Morning Check In: yesterday’s birthday celebration of sister in law turned into a bit of an unexpected glucose roller coaster…”keto” recipes brought by others must not really have been very low in carbs, because my blood sugar went up and down all afternoon! Today might be a bit problematic too - we are seeing “Wicked For Good” and going out for lunch first at a restaurant. Restaurants are notoriously difficult to deal with! They seem to add sugars and starches to everything. I will do the best I can with ordering and we’ll see what happens. I’m planning either one meal today (lunch), or possibly also a small dinner of protein if lunch isn’t much food. Going to the gym this morning!
