Just starting on this journey - again. I’m finding that I need something sweet at night, so I decided to try making something from the DietDoctor site. I made the Spanish low carb almond cake (Tarta de Santiago) with the addition of a little bit of almond extract. Turned out quite tasty. Need to figure out how to flatten the batter before I bake it.
