Morning Check In: I made 3 kinds of pizza last night, all of which were metabolically friendly. I love finding new recipes that are amazing, especially if the rest of the family thinks so too! Today two meals. Protein for lunch (deviled eggs). Steelhead and salad for dinner. Go to bed feeling great! Not sure about exercise today….very busy day. I’ll try to get some “exercise snacks in” by taking quick breaks.
