Morning Check In: I am dog sitting today, and it’s not raining, so two long dog walks ahead! Today is a one meal day. Excellent dinner planned with guests (no sugar/no starches!), and then we will be watching Wicked in anticipation of watching Wicked For Good tomorrow at a movie theatre! I was seriously unproductive work-wise yesterday. Will focus today. I (still) need to be drinking more water - will make that a priority.
