Morning Check In: yesterday went well! I felt a strong urge to snack after dinner and sat with that discomfort until I went to bed. I kept telling myself I would be sooooo grateful the next morning, and indeed I am! Today two meals. Protein for lunch. No sugar/no starches today. I’m going to the gym once again! Two days in a row! No snacking after dinner. Record food in Carb manager and keep carbs below 30.
