Morning Check In: People often use the phrase “falling off the wagon.” I thought about that yesterday when I wanted to snack in the evening after dinner. I had an image of a wagon with one wheel that was wobbling and about to fall off, which would pitch me out of it when it crashed to the ground. Although the image did not stop me from some snacking, what I snacked on was metabolically healthy food. So there’s that at least. Today I am going to work on strengthening the wagon wheels! Two meals today. No sugar/no starch. All food eaten during mealtimes. Record what I’m eating and keep carbs below 30. Going to the gym this morning! I did not make it there yesterday.
