It's nice to continue putting distance between when I started my health journey 14 weeks ago! I'm regaining my metabolic health on so many levels. I've lost 68lbs in 14 weeks. Which is incredible. Just from cutting out sugar, starches, packaged foods and drive-thru restaurants. Replaced with meat, eggs, butter, tallow, dark green veggies, avocado and a few low-glycemic fruits occasionally. I eat until I'm full and stop. I thought I'd share a screenshot of my weight-loss trajectory graph this previous 14 weeks. It's 68lbs lost so far. Cheers!
