Morning check in! Once again, I almost blew it yesterday and tracking my food saved me. I made a new batch of seed crackers and found myself eating some as I put them away. Primitive brain Danny woke up, and suggested more eating of more things! It was a close call, but I told him “no, I’m going to first track these crackers right now.” Tracking stopped me from going further. It was still a day with more food than I intended, and the “snack” of crackers between meals, but I’ll still call it a strong finish since I did not let it stop me from having a delish and healthy dinner without overeating. Today two meals. 17 hour fast. Total carbs below 30. No snacking between meals! Going for a bike ride and doing some aerobic housecleaning today!
