Did a London Broil tonight in the air fryer tonight. I used my brisket rub on it and a Cajun compound butter. Taste was ON POINTE, but it was a tad chewy. I hadn't brought it up to room temp long enough, so the outside prob got a little overcooked while fighting the chill. Secondly a slower cook style is probably needed for London Broil, but tasty while chewing twice as long ALSO worked.
