A buddy of mine from College started a Fishing Co-Op in Alaska with his cousins, so once a year i get to stock my freezer with a share of beautiful Salmon that was Oh So Tasty last night for dinner. A little mayo on top to keep it moist while cooking and some lemon pepper... <chef's kiss>
