I’ve been drinking chocolate carnivore steak shakes I tried mixing it with a little heavy cream and seltzer water and it tastes like chocolate egg creams I used to get in the Bronx when I was a kid Of course with no sugar This is from withinyou brands Vanilla not so good But the chocolate is excellent Doesn’t barely bump my sugar
