Exercises I swim 3-5x a week I added some deep knee bends in the pool First week 100 Second 200 Third 300 (30 per lap) In 3 1/2 feet water Much easier on my knees I can get up and down much easier now I also do 300 pull-ups 500 leg cycles Plus back stroke Can’t do front crawl because of an car accident I had when I was 16 Highly recommend the deep knee bends in a pool
