Things to keep you occupied while fasting... prepping gear for when you aren't. The ceramic coated grill grates on my Weber were starting to chip and flake off in the food. So my new stainless steel replacements have arrived and now all of the heat shields etc are swapped out and new, aside from the searing grate which is newer and not flaking thankfully. Should be fun to christen this new setup this weekend. But for now we wait.
