Today I made a dish I felt like I had to share, because it was not only easy to make but also very delicious!! Fresh shrimp from the market & cauliflower puree: Recipe ⬇️ Shrimps: Peel about a pound / half kilo of shrimps In a pan sauté 3 minced garlic cloves until fragnant, do not let them get brown Add shrimp, pepper, salt Let them cook 1-2 min on one side then the other Lastly add the juice of half a lemon Cauliflower puree: 1 medium boiled cauliflower When still hot, put in a big pan Add 1-2 tablespoon of butter 1-2 teaspoons of french mustard A handful of grated mozarella, gouda or other light cheese 2-3 spoons or less (or skip) of cooking cream Salt, pepper If you like it a bit of nutmeg Puree all, et voilà! (This is enough for about 4 servings) Adding my glucose line in the pictures to show the effects... (I also sneaked in some macadamia nuts and 1 piece of 90% chocolate, shhhhh!!) Enjoy!
