Finished my second 48 hour fast yesterday early afternoon. The blood draw was in the morning at almost 47 hours. But I had to drive my husband to a procedure, so I didn’t eat right away. I had two 17 oz bone broths which helped me make it through. Realized that I can do 48 hour fasts with the help of bone broth.
