Got my first tattoo recently, woohoo! But I had no clue you’re supposed to chill on workouts afterward to keep the ink from going rogue!!! So I hit pause on the gym and swapped dumbbells for 18:6 to 20:4 fasting, which was actually perfect timing I think to give it a start... After a week of zero sports I finally got back at it yesterday with some weight lifting, and today a long zone 2 walk. Tomorrow will be a resting Sunday 😅 Never thought I’d say this, but I actually missed working out. I craved it. 6 months ago I was stating proudly that I hated sports... boy was I wrong...
