I made sure to stay away from cream in my coffee today, during my break yesterday ate some tuna and eggs and if I think of the carbs I had, it must have been below 10gr. I did not get particularly hungry during today's fast and did some sports during the last hours hoping that I could max out on fat burning. Now just breaking my fast I did a fingerstick... my body is kind to me, I saw an amazing GKI of 1.56! Ate some chicken now with avocado, took my collagen and vitamins and will have some fish and salad later 🥰
