I could use ideas for energy. These past 4 weeks have really made me see if I get into day 3 of poor night sleep I get so hungry. Today I tried it all...water, more protein, took a walk, and exercised. But I was still dragging and did eat some carbs (but not too bad). How do people stay strict when tired? I have 3 little kids and nurse a baby all night. But I know others must have their sleep struggles too & somehow manage it.
