I cannot post a recipe or a beautiful meal prepared because I am a terrible cook. I can barely boil water. However, I wanted to share how important stretching has become in maintaining my health. I have been on low-carb diets w exercise a few times. Each time I had success only to get hurt from exercise and give up the program. After numerous visits to Dr Moley at HSS for sports injuries, his PT urged me to get on a stretching program. He introduced me to Stretch’d (assisted stretching). I have been stretching now 3x per week on my own and going to Stretch’d 1x per week. The results are amazing. I recover from workouts quickly and now tie my sneaker laces standing up. A feat I could not do for years. Stretch’d is not cheap.. approximately $125 for an hour. Once you start stretching, make sure you learn how to breathe during stretches and what body parts you’re tight. For me, it was my hips. I am not sure all ages and body types can be in a stretch program? I guess Dr Tro can advice on that. I have never felt looser and more relaxed since going on a stretch program. I strongly recommend trying it!
