Broke my fast this morning at 14.5hrs. Was getting cranky & starving. Trying to figure out schedule of which meal to skip. Which works better for me. Been Carnivore 2 years.. Just want to incorporate longer fasting. I am used to 12hrs and do good with that. Want the added health benefits.
