Wednesday, October 8 (Week 2) SUBJECT: Fasting: Set Yourself Up For Success (Week 2) Welcome to Week 2 of your Fasting (No) Lunch Group! How did the week go? Did you get your homework done? Close up your eating window to at least 8 hours? Eliminate snacking? What worked well and what needs improvement? What could you do to improve next time? As a refresher, last week we discussed why and how fasting is effective for fat burning, metabolic health, improving insulin sensitivity and resetting cravings. This week we will discuss, among other topics, how to best set yourself up for a successful fast, and when to use fasting “training wheels” to help build up your fasting muscle.
