Question for the community: I have always tracked heart rate to gauge “intensity” for a workout. I have recently started tracking glucose with a CGM. After some “intense” workouts I see a rise in glucose, which I understand is normal, but after other “intense” workouts there is no noticeable change in glucose? Can I conclude that the “intensity” of the workout doesn’t drive the glucose spike but maybe the availability because of what I might have eaten the day before?
