I've had several go around with my Primary Care Doc's Office about getting labs ordered. Have been routed to an assisting nurse who then responds with a pro forma cut and paste process response. Disagreement between their office, Insurer's Client Services and the Lab on what is already or still needs to be authorized. So 3rd round of back and forth and I finally provoked a response from the Doc. NOPE, im not signing off on tests i didn't order... no call, no questions, no why's, just a flat no and good luck. So frustrating. Welp back at it today. Can't let other people get in the way of GREATNESS, Ha.
