I found this pic of me at our oldest son’s wedding from 2017. (The Mom/Son dance I didn’t want to be in the spotlight) I was so metabolically unwell in my mind and body! I’m so grateful to be here today. I could not have healed without people like you all sharing your lived experiences and community. I just want to remind you there is hope and to keep going. You are not alone!! YOU MATTER!! I feel emotional thinking about this Toward Health community and how you all inspire me to stay on my path and how you lift each other up!
