Weighed in this morning and my lying scale (it flutters around and won't still on a fixed number) seems to be showing 590s or low 600s which would be another 20lbs dropped if correct. Last week when I had good news it threw me, ate more carbs than I should have and I started to wallow in me head. BUT this isn't just a long journey, it's a change in lifestyle. Had to force my head to stop a stumble from being a slide and here we are with seemingly better success. So from one imperfect Keto practitioner to the rest of you Rock Stars out there. Keep After It, don't be ashamed of only getting to better rather than best, and when you do have hiccups try to minimize them to stumbles not slides. Now to continue 20:4 eating this weekend and then I've been meaning to get into a longer extended fast for quite a while, so we'll see if fasting for the work week does the trick. Hopefully I can be sure im really solidly under 600 at the end of it. #Goals #LongRoad #DiningOnDahl
