So… I may have just unlocked a new achievement in my keto journey: Unintentional 23-Hour Fast. I forgot dinner yesterday (yes, that happened) because I got caught up in work. Then this morning I thought, “Eh, I’ll just power through and focus on more work". Next thing I know, it’s been 23 hours and I’m basically a fasting guru with a laptop. 😂 Was it planned? No. Was it graceful? Also no. Did I survive? Sure. Did I feel amazing afterwards? Absolutely. To anyone out there crushing their goals intentionally: I salute you. To my fellow distracted fasters: we’re in this chaotic groove together. 💪 After a fat steak this dinner, I'm now taking on the weekly challenge and setting the counter for an intentional 16 hours fasting! We can do this, easy peasy!
