What an incredible 4 weeks! I want to thank @DoctorLaura and the rest of the of the Toward Health team for helping put this whole thing together, also to each of you for showing up, asking questions, and leaning into this journey. Whether this was your first time exploring low carb, keto, or carnivore… or a restart after past attempts… you now have the tools to build consistency and keep moving forward. Over the last month we’ve talked about why keto and carnivore works, how to get started, and practical strategies to make it fit real life. More importantly, you’ve proven to yourselves that change is possible when you take it one meal, one choice at a time. Remember: • Consistency beats perfection. • Slips are part of the process — what matters is how quickly you get back on track. • Your “WHY” is your anchor when things get tough. I encourage you to keep using what you’ve learned, keep leaning on the community for support, and most of all, keep believing in yourself.
